You simply provide 2 forms of ID, sign some agreements and pay a deposit and your first month’s rent. You will then be provided with a key to your unit which you can then access 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Yes, absolutely. Our steel storage containers provide excellent durability and protection. All containers are wind and waterproof, ventilated and treated with GrafoTherm insulating anti condensation treatment to keep your possessions dry and protected.  Access to our site is with your own access card which operates our smart access gate system. Our site is protected by 24 hour CCTV and has passive infrared security floodlighting and security perimeter fencing.

Yes if you rent one of our ground floor units you can drive right up to it. If you rent a 1st floor unit you can drive up to the staircase and then there are trolleys available on the landing. It couldn’t be easier!!

We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card or credit card. No cash or cheques accepted as payment.

No, we will provide you with a suitable padlock.

Yes your goods must be adequately insured whilst in storage with us. We can provide insurance at a competitive price, please contact us for details. Alternatively, you can organise your own insurance, however we will require a copy of your policy stating your goods are insured at our facility.

You have free and unlimited access to your container 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will be provided with a smart access card to operate the smart access gate system.

We have a range of packing materials available to purchase from our office, including boxes, bubble wrap, parcel tape etc. Please ask for details.

The minimum rental period is one month and you can store with us for as long as you want (Discounts offered for long term storage. Please ask for details)

We can accept most things for storage but there are some exceptions. We cannot accept:

• Explosive or hazardous goods
• Illegal goods
• Vehicle tyres
• Hazardous waste of any kind including asbestos
• Perishable goods
• Chemicals inc solvent paints
• Firearms or ammunition
• Toxic waste of any kind
• Pollutants or contaminated goods
• Compressed gasses
• Petrol or any substance subject to combustion
• Damp items. All your goods must be dry.

We also do not permit trading from the storage containers (businesses may obviously store their stock items with us though). If you have any concerns about the suitability of any article for storage we will be happy to advise.

You can move in on the same day (subject to availability) as you make your enquiry providing that you have the relevant documentation needed to complete and sign your contract. This will include photographic ID (Passport or Drivers License) and a recent (within 3 months) utility bill or bank statement showing your name and current address. Minimum one months payment in advance – to be made prior to moving in and a refundable deposit equivalent to 1 months rent (excluding VAT & any agreed discount).

You are welcome to move to another container at any time as and when your requirements change and subject to availability.

We require 14 days notice or 1 month’s notice if you are a long-term storer of your intention to vacate your storage container. We request that notice be given in writing directly to us (by post or email). When you collect your items we ask that you leave your container empty and clean and any rubbish disposed of. Once your unit has been vacated (on the agreed date) and passed our inspection, we will refund your initial security deposit and any rent credits due minus any outstanding fees.

Yes, for longer term storage requirements of over 6 months plus we can offer a discount for the full payment in advance.

Under no circumstances must you fix/ attach anything to the walls, floor or ceiling of the container. You are able to install racking/shelving as long as there are no fixings to the unit. We ask you to please take care of the container and treat it as if it were your own.
